- Signatures: A#22 B-I#21#22 K#22 L#24.
- Includes a portrait of Charles II as Prince of Wales, bound between pp. 168-169.
- Madan identifies this as the 17th edition, third state; in this issue the word "affairs", p. 1, line 3, is so spelled; the "Prayers" and "Epitaph" have been added to this issue, unpaginated but with continuous register.
- Copy imperfect, lacking the engraved "Explanation of the emblem"; tightly bound.
