Summary

Michael MacKellar, Minister for Health in the Fraser Government in 1982 imports a colour television wrongfully declaring it to be black and white at customs. Both he and John Moore, who, as Minister fopr Customs, handles the issue ineptly, both resign from the Ministry.--Information provided by Geoff Pryor.
