"Triplici nodo, triplex cuneus" has separate dated title page on leaf (t)4; the text proper begins on A1 with caption title "An apologie for the oath of allegiance" and new pagination.

This edition has the April 8 date in both the imprint and the note on the title page verso.

Sheets are often mixed with STC 14401.5.
