Biography/History

Atlee Arthur Hunt (1864-1935): Private Secretary to Sir Edmund Barton in 1901; Permanent Head of External Affairs, 1901-1917; Secretary to Dept. of Territories, 1917-1921; and Public Service Arbitrator, 1921-1930.
