"300 copies have been printed by Johnathan Clark at the Artichoke Press in Mountain View, California. Each contains an original leaf from a copy of the 1842 Hawaiian edition [of Pilgrim's progress]. Of these, 200 copies are for presentation to members of the Zamorano Club, Los Angeles, and the Roxburghe Club, San Francisco ... In addition, 14 special copies have been printed, each containing an original leaf and an original illustration, bound and marked A-N" --Colophon.
