- Summary:
-
Albert describes his observation of race relations in the Noonkanbah Region, the upset among the locals over the mining activities, and the cultural impact of these changes. Reid asks about the government's hidden agenda to bypass the land rights issue and find an economically cheaper means of exploiting native land and Albert expands on the details of mining claims interested in the Noonkanbah Region and how vulnerable Aboriginals are to outright exploitation, previous attempts at consultation with Kimberley Lands Council and the need for the Federal government to step in and override the West Australian state government, his achievement in establishing the National Aboriginal Education Committee but his plans are to abandon that and return to his people in the Kimberleys and support them in their struggle for land rights.
