Craig, a private secretary, discusses her family background, joining the Prime Minister's Dept. in 1934 and the nature of the Public Service in early Canberra. Craig gives her impressions of the five Prime Ministers that she has worked for, especially Sir Robert Menzies and his family, as well as other politicians from Australia and overseas.
