Library's SRef copy is the designer-bound in wooden box. The inside cover of lid states: This volume was bound by Mike Hudson for the private collection of Jacqueline Craig. It includes the bound vol. wrapped in printed hessian. The wooden box is made of pine stained deep yellow. The box comes with a lock and two sets of luggage labels with leather strips to secure the box and its contents. The hard bound vol. is no.53 signed by Hudson and Jarvis.
