Summary

The NSW Independent Commission Against Crime and Corruption (ICAC) finds Premier of NSW Nick Greiner had acted corruptly in the handling of the resignation and re-employment in the bureaucracy of former minister Terry Metherell. Unfortunately, it was Nick Greiner who had set up ICAC in the first place.--Information provided by Geoff Pryor.
