A copy of the Hobart Town Advertiser, 19 March 1852, which includes an advertisement for a school at Oatlands run by Trollope.
- Biography/History:

William Arthur Trollope (1798-1863) was a third cousin of English novelist Anthony Trollope. William Trollope attended Pembroke College in Cambridge and later was a Master of Christ's Hospital School, London, where his father was headmaster. He arrived in Australia in 1849 on board the John Munn and subsequently he founded a school at Oatlands, Tasmania in 1852. He also wrote several religious pamphlets.
