Biography/History

The late Professor Norval Morris, Julius Kreeger Professor of Law and Criminology Emeritus; former Dean of the University of Chicago Law School (1975-1978) and founding director of the Law School's Center for Studies in Criminal Justice; was an internationally recognised expert on the criminal justice system and prison reform.
