Recordings of folk festivals, workshops, concerts, performances and recitations by various artists collected by the Queensland Folk Federation throughout the mid 1960s to the late 1980s. Included in this collection are select radio folk programmes.

The 1st National Folk Festival has also been referred to as the 1967 Port Phillip District Folk Music Festival.

Panel participants may include Norm O'Connor, Wendy Lowenstein, Bob Michell.

Recorded between February 11 and February 12, 1967 at the Teachers' College, University of Melbourne, Melbourne, Vic.
