Tate, the son of one of Australia's most famous radio couples of the 1940's and 50's, John Tate and Neva Carr-Glynn, has spent his career shuttling between Australia, England and now, the United States. He has had a remarkably prolific career in television and film. This photo shows Tate in his best-remembered role.
