Notes

Entered by Evans under the publishers, Thomas and John Fleet, who are named in the 1789, 1791, and 1794-96 issues as editors of the Register.

The almanac was probably calculated by Nathanael Low. The notes on the eclipses are practically identical with those in his An astronomical diary or almanack for 1785, also published by Fleet. The calculations on the calendar pages are identical in part and in part vary slightly.

Advertised in the Independent chronicle, Boston, Nov. 10, 1785, as "A Pocket almanack ... with the Massachusetts register, &c. annexed."

Error in paging: p. 93-115 misnumbered 92-114.

"The declaration of the rights of the inhabitants of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, agreed upon at framing their new constitution of civil government ..."--p. [1-6], 1st count.

"The Massachusetts register ..."--115, [1] p., 2nd count. Publisher's advertisements on p. 110, 115, and [116].
