Poster advertising two important events. Victoria's centenary of separation from New South Wales and the Commonwealth's fiftieth anniversary of federation. Artwork depicts the centenary jubilee train, the steamer N431. Looming overhead are seven people dressed in the clothes of the nineteenth and twentieth centuries. They include five men - a miner, settler, soldier, governor, gentleman and two women.
