"Millar Place Kambah at 1735 hrs, 18:01:2003. Under extreme fire weather conditions, and the curtailment of domestic irrigation during legislated water restrictions, a small trickle of flame wending its way through garden mulch and short grass ignited this drought stressed conifer more than one hour after the main fire had arrived"--Note from the photographer.
