Summary

A row develops between Canberra and Queensland over continuing aboriginal deaths in that state. Federal Minister for Aboriginal Affairs Robert Tickner claims it is the responsibility of the States, and acting Premier of Queensland Tom Burns says that incarcerated aborigines should be treated like everybody else. --Information supplied by Geoff Pryor.
