Binder's title (NK734): Voyager of H.M.A.S. Endeavour.

Binder's title: Journal of a voyage round the world in in the "Endeavour" 1768-71.

Ferguson copy has the bookplate of the Ferguson Collection.

Ferguson copy includes the Dedication. It also has a p. of ms. notes explaining the background of the suppression of the Dedication, as well as bibliographical information, tipped-in inside front cover.

Library's copy at FRM NK734 contains the Dedication.

Library's SRf copy is Beddie 694.

Library's SRq2 (Petherick) copy is thought to be Alexander Dalrymple's copy, with one of his charts inserted, and manuscript notes by him.

Library's two SRq copies are Beddie 693 (N,1326) and Beddie 694 (N,13572)

Rex Nan Kivell Collection copies NK734 and NK1451 have Rex de C. Nan Kivell bookplates, "no. 1771/1" and "no. 1771/3". NK734 in full leather binding; NK1451 in paper wrappers (boxed).
