A commemorative compilation of paired prints and text. The prints are mostly produced by relief processes (etchings, aquatints and woodcuts), supplemented by digital images from Jan Davis and Stephen Spurrier, and appear on either side of a sheet folded on the fore-edge. The brief poetic paired text for each print is letterpress printed across the page on stubs of the medium-weight smooth off-white wove paper stock. A lighter semi-translucent smooth lined drafting stock is used to separate each contribution and name the artists and authors.


"This Artists' book 'Paper Memory' was commissioned and published by Akky van Ogtrop, Director of the Sydney Art on Paper Fair to commemorate its tenth anniversary in 2005. The book was designed and coordinated by Ron McBurnie of Monsoon Publishing, James Cook University, Townsville. It was printed in an edition of 300 copies. This copy: ..." - Colophon.

"Typesetting by Phil Day. This book was produced with the assistance of the NSW Ministry for the Arts. The book paper was supplied by Eckersley's Arts, Crafts and Imagination." -Colophon.
