An artist's book examining the colonising history of Iraq, the futility of war, religious intolerance and that no one learns from history. Through two narratives, one set in the present and second war in Iraq is written by Lyssiotis - and the second set in the 19th century and the same region is written by a fictional boy Yabez Al-Kitab, i.e. Brian Castro. The images of the region are scratched to look a century old, reminding readers of the past and ruins.

- Accompanied by 2 extra prints in a folder.
- Printed on Magnani Velata Avorio. Sections were hand sewn with linen on five tape supports in a cross pattern French style. Endpapers are Magnani Vergalla. End bands have been sewn in red and gold silk. The lettering and tooling finished in 23 carat gold. The book has been quarter bound in Chieftan goatskin with raised bands and buckram sides by Nick Doslov and typeset in Bembo 26 point by David Pidgeon.
