"Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the commonwealth of Pennsylvania ... that the Governor of this commonwealth be, and he is hereby required to subscribe for one thousand copies of the laws of this commonwealth, as proposed to be printed by Mathew Carey and John Bioren; to be neatly and correctly printed, in six volumes, octavo, with a complete index, with notes and references, well bound and lettered, at ten dollars for each set ..."--v. 1, p. [3], 1st count.

Imprint varies: v. 2 lacks the comma after "J. Bioren." Vol. 3 lacks hyphen in "Chesnut-Street." Vol. 4 has imprint: Philadelphia: Printed by Francis Bailey, Lancaster, for Mathew Carey, and John Bioren.
