- Notes:
-
- Later issues are entitled Stewart's Washington almanac.
- The calculator was not Beers but Joshua Sharp. The calculations and astronomical notes on the calendar pages, as well as the eclipse predictions, are mostly identical with those in the Citizen's and farmer's and Father Tammany's almanacs for 1805 (Philadelphia). The difference is in the many more notes and columns of calculations in the present almanac, and in the tides and time equations being calculated for a different meridian.
- The almanac has nothing in common with two comparable almanacs by Beers: Hutchins improved, an almanac for 1805 (Elizabethtown, N.J.), and Beers's town and country almanac for 1805 (New York).
- All or most of the almanacs issued by Robert Stewart, whose titles usually begin with the word "Stewart's," contain the astronomical calculations of Joshua Sharp, usually offprints from legitimate almanacs bearing his name. On Stewart's title pages, however, the name of another well-known calculator was often substituted, presumably in an effort to widen the sales of Stewart's publications.
- Title vignette, engraved by Peter Maverick. The Anatomy is the only other illustration.
