This group of Aboriginal women discuss many facets of their lives including treatment of blacks, employment, Aboriginal culture and ways; lifestyles; education; discrimination; attitudes to government handouts; looking for work; sacred sites; attitudes to blacks; exploitation; work experiences and conditions; their wish to find employment; ideas of going bush or back to the land; white diseases and infiltration of white ways into their culture; their children; being Aboriginal; work experiences; school; the local Aboriginal mission; history of the treatment of Aboriginals; children on the mission; attitudes to migrants; problems in their lives; black and white relations; Aboriginal workers; alcohol; happenings and gossip in the Aboriginal community.
