Summary

Randall, an Aboriginal folk singer was removed at the age of 7 to The Bungalow in Alice Spring, N.T. He speaks about the resulting loss of identity and culture. He sings: Brown skin baby, and talks about the meaning of the song. He discusses the living conditions at The Bungalow. After two years, Randall was transferred to the Methodist missions on Goulburn Island and then Croker Island. He describes conditions on Croker Island and the evacuation to New South Wales during World War II. He also talks about his working life and his efforts to find his family.
