- The edition is available in three versions totalling 212 copies: Limited edition of 100 copies numbered 101-200, including 55 charts and plates; Deluxe edition comprised of 75 copies numbered 26-100, and including an additional 31 coloured natural history plates, plus the 48 uncoloured plates (bound in the limited edition) unbound; Special edition, in red Australian goat leather gilded with gold foil, comprised of copies numbered 1 to 25, including an additional suite of the 31 coloured plates, plus the 48 uncoloured plates, unbound, housed in a lined moire ́ silk red cloth Solander box. 12 copies lettered A to M are for presentation, legal deposit, and other purposes.
