- "50/624".
- Livery on airplane reads "BOAC" and on tail: "G. BOAC". It has the distinctive triple-tail of the Lockheed Constellation, the first pressurized airliner in widespread use, which BOAC first purchased in 1946, and commenced using on the Britain-Australia service in 1948. The first Qantas service from Sydney to London using a Constellation started slightly earlier, on 1 December 1947.
