Etchings printed on a full sheet of pure cotton Velin Arches 160 gsm retaining the original deckle on three sides. The book has thirty-three sections mostly of eight pages although some sections are four pages and some twelve making a total of two hundred and forty-eight pages.

Bound in heavy boards with the spine and fore-edge of the boards in Sting Ray leather. The central panels covered in kangaroo. The spine features the animal's natural white star which looks like a cats-eye. The skin of the Sting Ray has a jewel-like beaded quality which shimmers. Believed to be the first example of an Australian publication being bound in Sting Ray. It is housed in a custom build Oxford buckram and kangaroo slipcase which sits inside a velvet lined gilt-titled clamshell box all weighing 8 kilograms. The dominant colour scheme is black. Produced in Australia.

A prospectus about the work was issued entitled: The history of the Littlewood Press. Various copies include various states of a plate of a wombat signed by Hart tipped onto the cover. The line etching is by Trish Hart.
