Summary

Desperate to instal the capable Malcolm McIntosh as Secretary of his Department, Defence Minister John Moore contrives to sack existing Secretary Paul Barratt. But Barratt is not going quietly. Much to Moore's chagrin, Barratt wins a court injunction against the Government to prevent the sacking. For the time being, at least, Moore is left flapping in the breeze.--Information provided by Geoff Pryor.
