Binder's personal copy was bound by him in a variant and unique binding of boards with leather overlay and and two figures based on etchings 1 and 5 with a leather backstrip.

The book designed and produced by Tate Adams and Ron McBurnie. Printed by Rochelle Knarston and bound by Friedhelm Pohlmann.

"Plate no. 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5 were printed from the artists original plates.

Library's SR copy is the binder's personal copy and is no. 5.
