Collection includes 13 pages of detailed, hand coloured architectural drawings signed by H.M. Rolland, drawn by M. Fizelle and others. The plans include 12 architectural drawings: ground floor plan, 1st and 2nd floor plans, North and east elevations, elevations of private and official entrances, details of entrance and vestibule, half inch detail of east elevation, detail plan of kitchen office, ADC quarters (Aide de camp to the agovernor General), servants quarters, alterations and additions to stable block and design for Ordeleys cottage, alterations and additions to Vest's cottage and new stable block. Also includes a detailed plan of buildings and surrounds including residences, stable, tennis courts, stock yards, fowl run, vineyard, vegetable gardens, wood yard and fuel store, lucerne paddock gardens with tree species identified, fences, hedges, waterhole, roads, boundaries and the Molonglo River.
