Summary

Colour lithograph poster of caricatures of ants, displaying different expressions to convey a range of emotions. Each of the ants is maroon and is drawn in a white card shaped box which is labelled with the emotion. The poster background is maroon with a star pattern. The poster promotes early recognition of automatic negative thoughts (ANTs), and aims to promote strategies for preventing depression, anxiety and stress.
