This document, one part of a project to train personnel for educational development and evaluation, describes a management system for individualized student instruction. Certain objectives are set from which management activities and provisions for data storage and use are inferred. The result is a comprehensive flowchart of the instructional sequence with indications of information sources and utilization. Evaluation procedures for measuring the attainment of management objectives are also treated. Related documents are EA 003 900, EA 003 901, and EA 003 903. (Author/RA)
