Five Learning Activity Packets (LAPS) of Canadian-American materials were written in an attempt to upgrade and broaden the content and widen the international understanding of the elementary students of Maine by means of an individualized learning approach. The effectiveness of the project is evaluated and recommendations based on the evaluations are made. Appendices include a copy of the proposal, lists of project participants, book inventories, bibliographies, copies of the LAPS, suggested procedures for development of LAPS, evaluation forms, and matrix tabulations of project data.
