Described are two classroom programs for severely emotionally disturbed children (7-10 and 15-17 years old). Discussed are such program components as room arrangement, individualized schedule planning, the token system used in vocational training, and a sample prescriptive model (which includes language training, situational training, formal training, receptive training, and communication boards and signing).
