Summary

The quality standards by which graduate programs leading to a Master's degree may be judged are presented. Summaries are provided on the history of the master's program, the responsibility of the institution for providing quality education, the organization of graduate work, the nature and types of master's degrees, master's degree titles, guidelines for the evaluation of programs, goals and objectives, program characteristics, the composition of the faculty, other faculty resources, and graduate students, and the physical facilities.
