This document presents evaluations of four Title I and Impact Aid programs implemented in New York City School District 30: (1) Title I and Impact Aid Teacher-Paraprofessional Reading Team Program; (2) Title I Teacher-Paraprofessional Mathematics Team Program; (3) Title I and Impact Aid-Optional Assignment Reading Program; and (4) Title I Non-Public Schools Reading Program. Brief general descriptions of each program include information on the student populations, staff, participating schools, and types of instruction utilized. Evaluation design and implementation and an overview of all Title I and Impact Aid programs for 1978-79 are described by the evaluator. Process evaluations, based on observational data collected by evaluators, are presented for each of the four programs with recommendations appended. Quantitative evaluations are not yet available due to changes in State Education Department requirements. (MK)
