Valerie Linow, born 1941, Grafton, N.S.W. Linow was removed with her nine siblings at the age of 2. She was first placed in Bomaderry United Aborigines Mission Children's Home, N.S.W. and later moved to Cootamundra Girls' Home. She describes the living conditions in the Homes. After two unsuccessful work placements, she spent three years at Parramatta Girls' Home. Linow also speaks about her adult life.
