Career ladder program assessment for 1988, which is being conducted by The Arizona Career Ladder Research and Evaluation Project, is in its third year of data collection, analysis, and reporting. This document presents 38 statistical tables on average scores of responses to a survey of teachers and administrators regarding levels of program acceptability as broken down by program components, districts, developmental phases and other demographic conditions. Sub-scale components include the following variables or concepts: (1) general; (2) staff development; (3) teacher evaluation; (4) peer evaluation; (5) career ladder placement; and (6) organizational climate. Demographic variables included are the following: (1) program phase; (2) district; (3) gender; (4) career ladder participation; (5) position held; (6) ethnicity; (7) teaching experience; and (9) level taught.
