This document contains five case studies of management and finance situations in Bangladesh, which are intended to foster classroom discussion and thereby advance management development in that country. One to four discussion questions follow each case study. The titles and authors of the case studies on management are: "Azir Ahmed & Co., Business Start-Up" (Golam Mostafa Khan); "X Fisheries, Ltd. Employee Motivation" (Abu Taher Mollik, Sajal Kumar Mukharjee); "University of Dhaka Employment Dilemma, Career Development" (Muhammad Mohiuddin); and "Dhaka University Transportation Department, Accountability and Decision Making" (Abu A.
