Group of thirty seven men (staff of the Railway Construction Branch of N.S.W.?) in suits and hats with a framed testamonial propped up on Thomas Firth's leather bag. T.R. Firth is standing to the right of the testamonial in a dark suit with a watch chain, no hat and mutton chop whiskers and Henry Deane, the man next to him with white whiskers and a hat.
