"This report provides an outline of the Australasian Council of Public Accounts Committees (ACPAC) conference held in the New South Wales Parliament. It contextualises ACPAC in relation to the conference, provides an analysis of the response to the conference by delegates and attendees, and details the outcomes of the conference. The New South Wales Parliament held the Australasian Council of Public Accounts Committees (ACPAC) conference between 10 -13 April 2013 and was entitled ‘Public Accounts Committees: Adapting to a Changing Environment’. This was the twelfth biennial conference, and the New South Wales Public Accounts Committee was the host Committee in accordance with Section 4.2 of the ACPAC Constitution which states that ‘ACPAC shall meet at least biennially in the form of a conference.’"--Introduction.
