Conversation: discusses an article in the Armidale Express many years ago re Jim Lowe, how he trapped possumsfor skins, how to make and set a possum snare, how he stole a sheep with Bill Lowe, sheep called "monkeys", bowie knives called "dovers", discusses the song Barbara Allen, recalls Bill Tobin, recalls boxing fights with Lawrie Arndell, discusses stories of carnal knowledge in bush communities, stories of gamblers.
