- Condition: Creased, tears, yellowing, stained.
- Electricity workers sit down at table to have tea break, using vacuum flask, teacups and saucers. There is a table-cloth, milk jug and sugar bowl. Swagman walks past with two vacuum flasks, one of which dangles from swag. Sign on road reads, "Vacuum flasks must be used for tea breaks. No billies. By order Canberra Electricity Authority."
