"The Arandic iltyem-iltyem project records traditional and contemporary handsigns used by people at Ti Tree, Wilora, Yuelamu and Utopia. The project is creating an archive of iltyem-iltyem, and has developed a website to present selected material. The work involves community language workers, multi-media practitioners and linguists from the University of Melbourne and Batchelor Institute of Indigenous Tertiary Education. The iltyem-iltyem handsign project is funded by the Hans Rausing Endangered Languages Documentation Project and the Australian Government's Indigenous Languages Support program (formerly the Maintenance of Indigenous Languages and Records program)."--About
