- Map of Asia showing extensive details on what was known of Asia in the early 17th century. Korea is still an island. Japan has a predominantly east to west direction. The map is decorated with numerous sea monsters, sailing ships, a well place elephant at above the source of the Ganges, and illustration of the Great Wall of China. Relief shown pictorially.
- At lower right: Cum illust: Ord: Hollandiæ privilegio decennali.
- On verso: Text on Asia in French.
- Includes decorative cartouche, the seas embellished with ships, vignette borders consisting of 9 city views on the upper border: Candy, Calecvth, Goa, Damasco, Jervsalem, Ormvs, Bantam, Aden, and Macao, and 10 costume vignettes at sides.
