Vol. 1, no. 1, has "For K-A #8?" written in the title frame. K-A (CAPA-alpha) #8 was published in May 1965, and Schumeister's "Funny papers" was not listed on the contents page. "Funny papers" was actually Schumeister's contribution to "Minneapa", an amateur press association based in Minneapolis. Vol. 1, no. 1 of "Funny papers" was included in the third mailing of "Minneapa", dated 9 August 1972.
