- Hand-coloured military overprint map of Amiens region, France, on a standard Field Survey Company 1:40,000 map, showing the successive attacks carried out by the Australian Corps on the Amiens Front, from 27th March 1918 to 17 July 1918. The hand-colouring takes the form of an arc covering the area running north east from Cachy, near Villers-Bretonneux, to Dernancourt. Relief shown by contours on base map.
- Details of the dates of actions, brigades involved, and enemy divisions encounted and defeated are listed in a processed typescript legend with hand-coloured key mounted in the centre.
- "This chart shows in different colours the successive attacks carried out by the Australian Corps on the Amiens Front, from March 17th 1918 to the present date".
