Ella Bowen, b. 1927, Nandolin, Palm Island, Qld. Bowen speaks about her mother who was a removed child and about her father. Bowen was removed to the dormitories at Cape Bedford Lutheran Mission, Qld. at about the age of 12. In 1941, she was returned to her parents before the evacuation to Woorabinda. She talks about life at Woorabinda where she married, and about the return to Hope Vale.
