Biography/History

Mr Kelly was a founding member of the Commonwealth Bureau of Agricultural Economics and a lobbyist for the Snowy Mountains Hydro Electric Scheme. Among his achievements are the War Service Land Settlement Scheme after World War II, and the road systems established to make the cattle industry more effective.
