Edmund Stripe, ballet master, choreographer and former dancer, speaks of his early choreography, his narrative works, works for school programs, his choreographic procedure, his sources of inspiration for choreography, his pieces for West Australian Ballet, Singapore Dance Theatre as well as independent choreographers, particular choreographers he admires, what drives him to choreograph, his early dance training, working with Ballet Gulbenkian and London City Ballet, coming to Australia, his impressions of Australia and the West Australian Ballet, some of the roles he has performed, the role of the ballet master, the Cecchetti system.
